A determined alpha + An unsuspecting wallflower = A sexy surprise!

Seth Bashar carries the weight of the shifter world on his shoulders as the head of their council. Or at least it’s felt that way ever since he attempted the impossible—uniting witches and shifters. As he tries to maintain the delicate balance, finding his fated mate is more vital than ever.
Jane Smith has no responsibilities to anyone but herself. Finally. She’s more than happy to fade into the woodwork. When her favorite customer, Gerri Wilder, insists on setting her up on a blind date, she reluctantly agrees.
It was only supposed to be a harmless night of fun… until it was more. Until he was everything.

❤🐺❤ Review By TashaM ❤🐺❤

I have said this before and I will say it again Rochelle Paige can write Paranormal with such Excellence. Her paranormal series is short and I will always, always want more when it comes to her writing. She is the type of Author that I would read from a Paper towel if she wrote on it, that’s how much I love her words.

So this book has been long awaited. It’s from the both The Fated Mates series and her previous paranormal series, Black River Pack or McMahon Clan Stories. Because of this we just didn’t get Seth and Jane’s Magical Fairytale, we also got to see some of the characters we have come to love.
Ok so this story as the others was quick and hot. It packed with a small punch. How they planned on meeting was a very very interesting way. But because of that plan we got to meet Gerri whom I hope gets her own book and also Jared, Seth’s Beta.
This book was catchy and all so so hot which is the case always especially when they meet their mate and the Mating Ceremony.
Hope you all enjoy this small piece of Happy as much as I did. I hope it  may give you a Delicious Feeling right when you feel the day is dragging and you need it to end already so tomorrow can be Friday….

The bell above the door to the shop announced the arrival of another customer, and my breath froze in my lungs when I glanced up and saw the man walking towards me. He was most definitely a shifter—tall, dark, and handsome. Screw handsome, he was more than that. He was downright gorgeous. Thick, black hair. A chiseled jaw covered with scruff. Plump lips that I could too easily picture trailing down my naked skin. Broad shoulders, tapered waist, and long legs that quickly ate up the space between us. He was easily a half foot taller than my five feet nine inches. I felt downright dainty standing in front of him.

He looked completely out of place in the store; the proverbial bull in a china shop. That didn’t stop me from having to fight the urge to leap over the counter and into his arms, though. My wolf pushed for control, and it was a struggle I hadn’t felt in years. I’d been keeping her on a tight leash—one she’d seemed content to stay on. Until now. Until him.
I spotted the brown paper bag in his hand, and realization dawned. “Gerri sent you?”
“Yes,” he rasped.
I eyed him up and down, taking in the way the black material of his shirt was stretched taut by his muscles and how his jeans molded his legs. Looking at him, it was impossible to argue that my vibrator was getting the job done. Not when he was an alternative.
“Wow,” I breathed out. “You’re the guy she wants to set me up on a blind date with?

Rochelle Paige is an Amazon bestselling author. She absolutely adores reading. Her friends growing up used to tease her when she trailed after them, trying to read and walk at the same time. She loves stories with alpha males, sassy heroines, hot sex and happily ever afters. She is a bit of a genre hopper in both her reading and her writing. So far she’s written books in several romance sub-genres including new adult, contemporary, paranormal and romantic suspense.
