Our Review:
A Little Like Destiny was a bit of a little like a whirlwind! School teacher, Reese Brady has one night stand with Rock Star Mark Ashton. Not wanting to hear him tell her that she is just one in a long string of one night women, she runs out before he wakes.
“After the way he kissed me after he typed out A Little Like Destiny, kissed me like a starved man with all that raw, unfiltered passion?”
Getting off elevator, Reese crashes into a cutie who turns out to be Brian Fox, the CEO of FTB Tech Corp who she has to hit up for school fundraising. Reese feels a connection with Brian but hesitates because she can’t seem to forget that amazing night with Mark.
“One minute I’m ready to burn the sheets with him, and the next I’m pulling myself back.”
I went into this story blind and I’m really glad I did because the twists felt like such a surprise! The story had a great, easy flow that kept me interested and turning pages.

I hated Reese and then I loved her…I loved Brian and then I hated him…I hated Mark and then I loved him… maybe I’m the one who needs to make up my mind!! I can’t wait for book two to help me decide who I want to root for! **Spoiler note…This book ends on a major OMG cliffy!!!
